Pfaltzgraff FiligreeDec 06, 2008
By Dianne Barnard Very poor. I have had this set for four weeks and 5 of 8 of the dinner plates have scratches or fine gray lines through them. They have never sat in water, they've been in dishwasher. It's not cracking, just odd and random gray scratches and one even has a rust like stain. I've never had anything like this happen to any plate. I am hugely disappointed. There is a Pfaltzgraff outlet nearby and I am taking these to them to have them examine them for authenticity.

I love my Filigree!Dec 16, 2008
By Electra I have had my Filigree set for approximately 8 years. I love it! The white is classic and timeless. I have never broken a piece of the set. They have been put in the dishwasher and microwave many times and still are attractive.

some dishes broken/Amazon.com has poor return policyJan 07, 2009
By S. Garges When the dishes arrived, 3 pieces were broken. The only way to remedy this situation was to repackage 2 boxes of dishes, send them back for refund, reorder and hope that the next package was not defective. When shipped, the dishes were not padded on all sides so it was to be expected some would break. Next time I will purchase from a brick-and-mortar store or Pfaltzgraff directly. I do not recommend Amazon.com for the purchase of fragile items. With other vendors, they replace only the broken items. Amazon.com does not do this.
Classy looking set for less $$Sep 07, 2010
By Coupon Ninja I purchased multiple sets about 7 years ago for my first official Thanksgiving at my house. I had alot of problems getting all of the sets from Amazon at that time, as it would say it was in stock and then would give me a backorder date...on and on. Now that I think of it I don't remember how many settings I got. I know I canceled one of the order that was supposed to come with a matching vegetable serving dish. I do have some grayish scuff marks on some of the plates from silverware, but other than that, they are holding up well.
