Party choiceNov 16, 2009

"A tech guy"
15 years wines experience with 6 years on the business, Riedel is my choice when it come to wine glass. I used many other brands but settle with Riedel. I purchased O series for gathering/party use, it won't easy got knock down (after people drink a lot and get too relax) as other series. I can't afford to pay for their careless!
MY wife complain the size is too big for her hand, it's true and I end up wash glasses by myself (the only draw back). The price is OK consider the quality. Did I tell you the glasses were made in Germany?

Love these glasses, but ...Dec 04, 2011
By Yokeko I am returning them. If you order them, look them over carefully. The glass is so wonderfully thin that any chips could compromise their strength. Three of the eight glasses had very small chips and scratch marks along the rims which were probably made during the polishing process. Another glass had a small chip, or nick, on the interior of the glass. Amazon has the best price I have found for these glasses and with Amazon Prime shipping, I may order them again and try my luck. I give the 4 high quality glasses 5 stars and the 4 flawed glasses a 1--to explain the score of 3.

QualityReidel a bargainJan 06, 2009
By Silverymoon I've been looking for these glasses for several months at stores near home but no one seemed to carry the white wine glasses, only the reds. When I saw them online and at a great price I ordered them, but fully expected that at least one would be broken when they were delivered. I was delighted to be wrong! They arrived in perfect shape and with surprisingly little packaging. These are fantastic glasses and they've even withstood our lively house. Three months and still 8 glasses!

Great simple glassesMar 05, 2009
By Jennifer I. Kim-bartell We purchased 6 of these about 2 years ago and liked them so much we finally completed our set of 12. They are especially good for us because we host large family gatherings often and inevitably one of the kids accidentally knocks over a glass - because these have no stems, not a single one of them has ever broken. I highly recommend these glasses.

Go stemless!Jan 07, 2010
By brenda I love these glasses. I cleaned out my cupboard, tossed all the mismatched wine glasses and replaced them these stemless glasses. They feel really delicate, but they are strong. I got a set last year for Christmas and was afraid they would break easily, but they go through the dishwasher and get normal use and are fine.
