 Strong cleaner with a wonderful scentJun 08, 2010

I was stunned by how powerful the original wet jet solution is. This lavender/vanilla solution is just as effective. It cuts through caked on yuck in the kitchen and mud the dog tracks in. The smell of the regular solution is very fresh and pleasant, but I like the lavender/vanilla scent even better. It's sweet but not overpowering--and quite relaxing. (Especially if my husband does the mopping!)
I use this on linoleum in the kitchen, tile in the bathroom, and wood throughout the rest of the house. I'll offer the same caveat here that I included in my review of the regular solution: It's supposed to be safe for wood, but given how it stripped off residue left by Rejuvenate (a floor restorer), I might be wary of using it on pretty, glossy wood floors. (Ours are old.)

This product cleans my floors pretty good. I have no complaints about it as long as you stay on top of the floors, if you have a big gooey spot your gonna have to scrub the area pretty well.

I love the lavender vanilla scent. It's not so "heavy" as to be offensive; it's just the right amount of scent to let you know it's there. My wife is sensitive to the fragrances in cleaning agents and this doesn't bother her at all. No headache for her... means no headache for me. :)
We're also somewhat new converts to the church of Swiffer, and I was a bit concerned about how much things like refills were going to set us back once we finished up the initial container that came in the starter kit. I was very pleased to find this multi-pack available on Amazon... the price per container worked out to be cheaper than I found at both Target and Walmart. (Thank you Subscribe & Save!)

I love how easy this product is to use, and because it's also fun, the kids volunteer to help. but it can't handle tough dirt, like skid marks from dark-soled shoes. for every day cleaning, especially in the kitchen, it is ideal.
