Looks beautiful but will drive you nutsDec 02, 2007
By M. Levie I noticed the other two reviews both had broken glass in their shipments. Mine wasn't broken when I got it, but all of the frames had fallen out of the holes in the styrofoam container, so I just got lucky.
It's true that the only tool you need is a screwdriver, but every single picture is held in place by four small screws. This pretty much guarantees you'll get your fingerprints on the inside of the glass where you can't clean it. The metal wires that suspend the frames from the rod are wrapped around these screws, so you have to reconnect them every time you change a photo--kind of a delicate task. And if you overtighten the screws when putting the glass panes back together, you'll crack the corners (I cracked two, although I was being very careful).
In short, it took me half an hour to install six pictures and two of the frames are cracked. The design of this product is a disaster. I'm sure there are lovely alternatives to this, and I'd recommend you buy them.

Excellent product and great serviceOct 10, 2007
By N. Thakkar Excellent product... really liked the frame and how it looks! I had ordered 2, and one had a glass broken which was quickly replaced for free by the vendor, very impressed!

Painful process and a poor productJul 29, 2011
By E. de Feo Mine arrived well packaged (over packaged, but at least not broken). The screws are annoying, but I managed to avoid some of the pain by only removing the bottom two and just loosening the upper two. Then I used a pair of tweezers to remove the demo pictures and place mine in the frames. This tedium was expected based upon the existing reviews. What I did not expect was the following: 1. Upon close inspection, the hooks they sent me were two DIFFERENT sizes. I spent about 20 minutes re-measuring the installation of the hooks, before figuring out that the holes were level and it was the uneven hooks that were causing the whole unit to tilt. Off the the hardware store to find hooks that were the same and could hold the weight (it is kind of heavy for a frame). 2. Once the unit was level, I started to adjust the pictures to make them hang evenly. Well, that is an impossible task as the wires are different lengths - my center bottom picture is completely crooked. Also, the loops of wire at the top that anchor the pictures to the pole are not inserted straight - so even when the wires are even, the pictures hang oddly because the loops are misaligned and cause the wires to bow outward. The whole thing is a disaster... it will stay up for now, because it was so much work, but eventually I will have the energy to find a new frame set and re-hang the pictures. I really can not recommend this product and I will be reluctant to purchase anything from this brand again given the very poor quality control during manufacturing.

Should be lessJul 31, 2009
By Angel Villa This item was cute, looks a lot bigger in the picture, is definitly not worth 60 dollars, more like 25. When I got the item I was excited, but then it turned out really small, and the frames do not hang straight the bottom is more against the wall than the top.

Beautiful!!!Aug 07, 2008
By Mary Magnuson These frames are very, very nice. True they are a little bit of a pain compared to other styles, but, are well worth it. Amazon and Target could pack them a bit better, but mine made it fine to Alaska without any breakage. I love these and bought several styles.
